The ideal candidate will provide structure, energy, and nurturing support to help two young children develop routines, independence, and strong life skills. The family values open communication and collaboration with the nanny to align with their parenting style, making this a meaningful role for someone passionate about childcare.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of childcare experience.
• Positive, organized, and proactive in maintaining a playful and structured environment.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with children who have ADHD or speech delays is an advantage, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport the children to and from school, activities, and appointments.
• Create fun, educational activities and assist with preschool tasks.
• Prepare meals twice a week for both the children and parents.
• Perform light household duties, including sweeping the kitchen and dining areas.
• Manage laundry for both children and parents.
