With Dad frequently traveling to Europe for work, the home functions as a single-parent household about 50% of the time. When he is home, he is an engaged and helpful parent. The family also has an accomplished 9-year-old son who is involved in soccer and has his own long-term nanny of 8.5 years, who will continue to work exclusively with him. She has been with the family since he was six months. The Mother prefers to take the boy to his soccer tournaments and school events, so the Daytime Nanny will stay at home with the infant. Mom is a career professional with a well-organized home, and she appreciates systems and structure that help everything run smoothly. The household is calm, positive, and welcoming. A Newborn Care Specialist will support overnight care beginning in October through December. While most outings will be with the infant, the family encourages local adventures! They maintain memberships at the Dallas Country Club, Perot Museum and Dallas Zoo and would love for their nanny to explore these with the child.
