About The Position

Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking at Mondelēz International as a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer. In this role, you will fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. You will become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks. Your responsibilities will include representing Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and working closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays. You will carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores. Additionally, you will order product via iPad Tablet for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions and ensure that Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz' guidelines.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations.
• Ability to perform physical activities including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
• Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of the primary location.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill merchandising needs through communication and relationship building.
• Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays.
• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees.
• Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility.
• Construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits and capture pictures of displays.
• Order product via iPad Tablet to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Ensure compliance with negotiated plans with store managers.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager.
• Enhance seasonal sales and new product launches.
