About The Position

The Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer at Mondelēz International is responsible for fulfilling the merchandising needs of customers by building relationships, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays of iconic snack brands. This role involves in-store visits, ordering products, and ensuring compliance with merchandising guidelines to optimize product visibility and sales.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations.
• Ability to perform physical activities including lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
• Occasional pushing and pulling of over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill merchandising needs through communication and relationship building.
• Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays of products.
• Represent Mondelēz brands in front of in-store employees and collaborate with sales representatives.
• Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores during visits.
• Order products using an iPad Tablet to ensure stock conditions are met.
• Ensure compliance with Mondelēz guidelines for product representation and stocking.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
• Enhance seasonal sales and displays, and support new product launches.
