About The Position

The Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer at Mondelēz International is responsible for fulfilling the merchandising needs of customers by building relationships, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays of iconic snack brands. This role involves in-store visits, product ordering, and ensuring compliance with merchandising guidelines to optimize product visibility and sales.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to perform physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of the primary location (Carmel, NY).
• Schedule availability required: 4 days during the week and Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product via iPad Tablet for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz' guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative's negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz' management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.
