About The Position
As a full-time mental health Provider for Spring Health, you will focus on care delivery of Spring Health's member network. You will provide virtual mental health counseling sessions, including clinical risk assessments, and respond to critical incidents and clinical crises as appropriate. You will complete required internal training, assignments, and attend Spring Health Clinical Team meetings while following Spring Health policies and maintaining all confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards. Additionally, you will become familiar with and utilize data-driven decision making and measurement-based care, reviewing monthly projections, client metrics, and clinical outcomes to monitor quality client care.
