Responsibilities

• Obtain vital signs, including blood pressure, weight, and temperature.
• Conduct brief patient history and medication reviews.
• Accompany the provider during patient visits and assist in creating clinic notes and scribing.
• Maintain patient records and other relevant information.
• Set up and assist with medical procedures.
• Provide courteous and friendly service to all patients.
