The Meat Management Assistant will assist in managing and supervising up to 15 associates in the Meat/Seafood Department. This role is responsible for assisting the Meat/Seafood Manager with the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department. Responsibilities include carrying out supervisory duties in accordance with Harris Teeter's policies and applicable laws, interviewing and training associates, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining associates, and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
