About The Position

One Vision in Clear Lake is currently hiring a Maintenance Technician! We are looking for you if you love learning new Technology based Maintenance systems, working in an open and transparent environment, and ensuring individuals with disabilities are safe and comfortable living space. As a part of our maintenance team, you will maintain and care for One Vision roads, grounds, buildings, vehicles, equipment, and technological based maintenance systems. Our Maintenance team members share on-call duties on a scheduled basis for both regular maintenance and snow removal to ensure safety of staff and individuals served. On the job training is provided!

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2 years of verifiable maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with heating & cooling, fire alarm system, surveillance, and home-based tech preferred.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and care for One Vision roads, grounds, buildings, vehicles, equipment, and technological based maintenance systems.
• Share on-call duties on a scheduled basis for regular maintenance and snow removal.
