About The Position

We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Full-Time LPN. In this critical role, you will be responsible for administering medications, providing everyday care, and ensuring the well-being of our residents. We offer a competitive benefits package and a generous salary starting at $33.00 per hour. This position requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current, valid nursing license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Current LPN license in good standing
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• A minimum of three to five years working in geriatric, long-term or home care nursing strongly preferred
• A comprehensive pre-employment background check is mandatory and will be conducted prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Alzheimer's disease and other memory impairments is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Oversee and maintain stringent medication management protocols to ensure resident safety and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records, including medication administration and resident care notes.
• Assist in the implementation of individualized care plans for residents.
• Effectively communicate with health care providers, community agencies, and families. Work to develop and maintain appropriate professional relationships.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Participate in ongoing education and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
