About The Position
The position involves providing a visible and proactive security presence throughout the location to deter loitering, vandalism, and other security concerns. The role includes performing regular audits on physical security and product protection, conducting patrols of the store premises, de-escalating situations, responding to incidents, and collaborating with store leadership. The security personnel will also be responsible for reporting suspicious behavior, utilizing case management systems for incident reports, and conducting interviews related to theft. Participation in monthly Safety Team meetings and maintaining relationships with local law enforcement are also key responsibilities.
