About The Position

A busy, frequently traveling family is seeking an experienced, dedicated, and discreet live-in housekeeper for their Boca Raton home. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and able to maintain exceptional standards in a large, well-appointed residence. The schedule includes full workdays when the family is in residence and lighter duties with substantial downtime when they are away.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience working for a private family in a live-in or full-time household role.
Exceptional housekeeping and organizational skills.
Expert laundress with strong knowledge of fabric care and high-end garments.
Ability to prepare light, healthy meals; comfortable following simple recipes.
Strong kitchen organization and cleaning skills.
Comfortable with pets and able to provide basic care as needed.
Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
Flexible and adaptable to changing household schedules.
Professional, discreet, and trustworthy.
Authorized to work and live on property.

Responsibilities

Daily cleaning, organizing, and upkeep of a 4,500 sq. ft. Boca Raton home, ensuring all areas remain immaculate.
Expert-level laundry care, including washing, stain treatment, steaming, ironing, garment care, and closet organization for high-end and delicate clothing.
Light cooking, including preparing simple, healthy meals and snacks and following basic nutritious recipes.
Full kitchen cleanup and organization, including: Daily dishwashing and cleanup after meals Deep cleaning of appliances, countertops, and kitchen surfaces Pantry and refrigerator organization Managing kitchen inventory and ensuring staples are stocked
Care and oversight of household pets while in Boca Raton: five dogs and two cats (dogs often travel with the family). Must be comfortable and experienced with animals.
Monitor the property for maintenance, safety, or repair issues and report concerns immediately to the Principal’s Assistant.
Maintain household supplies and ensure the home is always guest-ready.
Assist with packing/unpacking when needed for the family’s frequent travel.
Uphold strict confidentiality and demonstrate the highest level of discretion at all times.
