About The Position
The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for administering nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse for clients in their place of residence. This role involves coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team, clients, their families, and the referring agency. The LVN/LPN will have contact with patients of all ages in a clinical setting and must demonstrate appropriate behavior when interacting with patients across all populations.
