About The Position
The Lending Services Associate will assist the Relationship Manager with the current and expanding portfolio as needed, which includes assisting clients, handling documents, and performing administrative duties. The role involves processing loan requests and packages, supporting the portfolio needs of the assigned Relationship Manager, and representing the Bank in various civic and community functions to enhance its image and develop new business. The associate will promote a favorable image of the Bank in all business activities within the community and will be responsible for actively working with other employees to grow the organization. The position requires embracing and demonstrating qualities that support the Bank's Brand and Culture, ensuring optimal standards are adhered to for Brand, and performing other duties as assigned.
