About The Position

Mango Studios is seeking a full-time Lead Photographer to join their Miami team. This role is ideal for an experienced photographer with leadership skills who excels in both creative and professional settings. The Lead Photographer will be responsible for leading wedding shoots and managing smaller in-studio sessions, ensuring high-quality delivery of images while fostering a collaborative environment within the team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional photography experience, including weddings and lifestyle shoots.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work, including weddings, portraits, and commercial photography.
• Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and other relevant post-production software.
• Familiarity with studio lighting setups and techniques.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering top-tier work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and team members.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead photographer for weddings, capturing key moments with creativity and professionalism.
• Conduct and manage smaller in-studio shoots, including maternity, family, headshots, and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their shoots, ensuring a personalized experience.
• Handle the editing and final delivery of images for smaller shoots, ensuring high-quality, on-brand results within specified timelines.
• Work closely with the Miami team to build a strong presence in the market and contribute to the growth of the business.
• Exhibit leadership skills and foster a positive, collaborative environment within the team.
