Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers.
• Model REACH principles with customers to support a positive store culture.
• Promote TJX Rewards credit and loyalty programs.
• Support and respond to Front End coverage as well as Dressing Room and Jewelry needs.
• Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and entire store.
• Process and prep merchandise for the sales floor following company principles.
• Adhere to Front End policy and procedures including ringing sequence and operational controls.
• Balance register draws and/or cash office as required.
• Ensure go backs are properly tagged/hung and promptly returned to the sales floor.
• Maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy and standards.
• Partner with Merchandise Coordinator to create and maintain compelling features on the sales floor.
• Support and participate in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Identify and communicate potential safety issues immediately to management.
