Requirements

  • Prior experience in a private household or similar high-level support role
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable working in a staffed-adjacent household environment
  • Allergy awareness and attention to detail
  • Discreet, polished, and highly professional
  • Comfortable working in a high-net-worth environment without being impressed by it
  • Calm, grounded, and emotionally self-sufficient

  • Comfortable signing NDAs and maintaining strict privacy

Responsibilities

  • Full laundry care from start to finish, including: Washing, ironing, and proper garment care
  • Handling delicate fabrics (e.g., wool washed and hung correctly)
  • Managing dry cleaning
  • Daily surface resets and clutter control
  • Household inventory management
  • Vendor coordination and oversight (scheduling, access, follow-up)
  • Grocery shopping and light meal prep
  • Package management and household errands
  • General household organization and efficiency
  • Supporting the home while both parents work remotely
  • Cat care including litter boxes
  • Vet visits as needed
  • Running local errands and appointments as needed
