About The Position

Join our team today! We are looking for Warehouse Workers and Warehouse Associates for Nights/Overnights Weekday Shifts and twelve-hour weekend shifts. Wages start at $24.35/hr for Warehouse Workers and $22.25/hr for Warehouse Associates, with premium pay for weekend shifts. Wage increases occur approximately every 6 months for 36 months. The role involves following safety policies, attending safety trainings, packing, loading, and shipping items, ensuring accurate processing of merchandise, maintaining a clean work area, and engaging in problem-solving for continuous improvement. Job duties may change based on business needs.

Requirements

• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs frequently throughout a shift.
• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs occasionally throughout a shift.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment.
• Able to accurately use basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Able to accurately read labels, tickets, and other product documentation.
• Able to operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after training.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency.

Nice To Haves

• Able to be trained on and operate all powered equipment safely (including Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Forklifts).
• Able to work in various temperature-controlled environments including refrigerator and freezer.

Responsibilities
