About The Position

Requirements

• Less than 1 year of experience using a computer.
• Less than 1 year of experience using common retail technology.
• 1 to 2 years of retail experience as a cashier.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 15 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in identifying and selling products.
• 1 to 2 years of experience as a head cashier.
• 1 to 2 years of experience working in any department at Lowe's.
• 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Less than a year of experience detecting signs of shoplifting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist customers at multiple self-checkout registers.
• Proactively greet and engage with customers.
• Provide SMART customer service through Lowe's policies and procedures.
• Assist customers in locating and selecting merchandise.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
• Coach and train associates in departmental duties.
• Process sales transactions using a cash register.
• Supervise and support the CSA Front End Team.
• Inspect returned merchandise and manage stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
