About The Position

The Fulfillment Associate at Lowe's is responsible for delivering quality customer service while ensuring the store is clean, safe, and well-stocked. This role involves preparing and pulling merchandise for delivery, assisting customers and staff, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction).
• 6 months of experience using a computer for data entry and information access.
• 6 months experience with retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law.

Nice To Haves

• 6 months retail experience.
• 6 months experience in customer service or product fulfillment at a home improvement retailer.
• 6 months experience inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading products or materials.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality customer service while maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
• Pull and prepare merchandise for delivery or pick up, ensuring accuracy and good condition.
• Assist customers and staff in loading merchandise into vehicles, including large appliances.
• Verify invoices against loaded products to ensure accuracy.
• Engage in conversations with associates to coordinate timely product delivery.
• Ensure deliveries are ready upon truck arrival and assist with loading.
• Operate power equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks after certification.
