About The Position

What You Bring Active CNA license in Pennsylvania or 4+ years of caregiving experience (home care or facility) Supervisory or training experience preferred Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Full Time availability Willingness to work with any client within Montgomery County Full-time availability between Monday–Friday, 7am–7pm (schedule will vary based on client needs) What You’ll Do Provide personal care, companionship, and support for seniors and adults with varying needs Step into open shifts to ensure consistent client coverage Support new client starts and represent the agency with professionalism Train and mentor caregivers in the field to maintain quality standards Observe and report client condition changes to the office team Collaborate with the recruiting and care coordination teams to strengthen client and caregiver relationships Maintain documentation, care logs, and ADLs in AxisCare Serve on-call one week per month (after probationary period) for urgent client needs If you’re reliable, professional, and love both caregiving and leadership, this is the next step in your career. Requirements

Active CNA license in Pennsylvania or 4+ years of caregiving experience (home care or facility)
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Full Time availability
Willingness to work with any client within Montgomery County
Full-time availability between Monday–Friday, 7am–7pm (schedule will vary based on client needs)
