The Full-Time Open Rank Faculty and Program Coordinator for Accounting is a 10-month, campus-based, faculty academic program administrator ( APA ) position with responsibility for providing academic and operational leadership, management, and coordination for the Accounting degree program and associated faculty and budget in accordance with Stevenson University and the Brown School of Business and Leadership ( BSOBL ) policies and procedures. The Program Coordinator serves as a member of the BSOBL Dean’s leadership team and shares responsibility for maintaining accreditation by the International Accreditation Council for Business Education ( IACBE ) by fostering a culture of assessment; continuous quality improvement; and adherence to the IACBE Standards for data collection, analysis, and reporting. The Program Coordinator also fulfills all responsibilities of a full-time faculty member, as defined in the Stevenson University Policies and in the Full-Time Faculty Job Description approved by the BSOBL faculty. The teaching load requirement is three-fourths of the full-time faculty teaching load. Rank and title are determined at the time of hire and will be commensurate with education and experience. The Program Coordinator works as a member of the BSOBL team to support overall operations and initiatives as assigned.
