This position will also: Facilitate learning in standardized, faculty- and instructional designer-built CBE course shells; focus on delivery, assessment, and student support rather than course design or maintenance. Serve primarily as facilitator, coach, mentor, and assessor, emphasizing individualized guidance and competency mastery over traditional lecture-based instruction. Provide frequent, highly customized, and substantive feedback on assignments and assessments, typically within 48 hours, including weekends. Monitor self-paced student progress using learning analytics and engage in proactive outreach and intervention in coordination with program success coaches. Teach in an online-first CBE program that may expand to additional instructional modalities over time. Assigned campus may be subject to change due to instructional needs. This position will begin in August 2026 and will require in-person instruction and on-site presence in Dallas and office on campus in alignment with a 30-hour faculty contract while supporting online CBE learners.
