About The Position
The position involves adhering to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and delivering and dispensing items ordered by guests. Responsibilities include guest banking for all takeout checks, using point of sale equipment to enter orders for kitchen personnel, and closing out checks. The role requires the use of equipment such as soda, juice, and milk dispensers. The individual must act as a role model for the company, responding positively to questions and maintaining great guest relations. Attention to detail is crucial, ensuring that all items are correct, and the ability to perform under stressful conditions in confined spaces is necessary. The position also involves working in a non-smoking area and using communication devices like telephones and bulletin boards. Maintaining confidentiality and security of relevant information while being aware of applicable laws is essential.
