About The Position

Responsible for supporting and ensuring operations run smoothly in a dual capacity through positive interactions with guests, resolution of disputes, and management of floor operations on an ongoing basis. Proficiently deal table games in accordance with rules and regulations.

Requirements

• Maintains a good working knowledge and understanding of Table Games
• Must be knowledgeable in the games they supervise and know the requirements of the positions (dealers)
• Excellent oral or written (legible) communication techniques
• Prior supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all aspects of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program and its regulations including, but not limited to, Title 31 Cash Transactions, Suspicious Activity Reporting and Customer Identification requirements
• Observe and document the performance of subordinates, ensuring adherence to casino policies and procedures
• Supervise and maintain the overall integrity of Table Games activity
• Approve and oversee count table inventory at the beginning and end of shifts
• Facilitate fills or credits of gaming cheques for tables within an assigned section or shift
• Address minor guest complaints
• Directly supervises the dealers
• Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; gives input on performance appraisal; rewarding and disciplining associates per approved casino policies; addressing complaints and resolving problems
• Review and communicate table game activities with supervisors and managers
• Answer customer or public inquiries regarding general gaming procedures, payouts, etc.
• Clean work area as designated by management
• Verify identification of customers when needed
• Sign and date all paperwork as required
• Provide excellent customer service skills and communication skills
• Perform other duties as may be assigned.
