About The Position

Maxim Healthcare in York is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with patient(s) in their home. The position offers first shift availability, with both part-time and full-time options. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from either 7am to 5pm or 8am to 4pm.

Requirements

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray
• Current BLS card

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care on each assignment
• Provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
