About The Position

The Customer Service Representative (Teller) plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive banking experience for our clients in our Tracy branch location. This position is responsible for handling customer transactions efficiently and accurately, while also providing exceptional service that fosters customer loyalty. The representative will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may encounter. By maintaining a thorough understanding of our banking products and services, the teller will effectively promote offerings that meet customer needs. Requirements
