Requirements
- You’ve got some kitchen experience (culinary school = bonus points)
- You’re a solid communicator and team player
- You don’t mind weekends or hustle—this is hotel life after all
- You’re hungry to grow, learn, and make food that makes people happy
Responsibilities
- Link up with our Kitchen MOD each day to get the rundown and crush your prep list
- Knock out prep and line tasks like a pro—on time and up to standard
- Follow recipes, plate like a champ, and help make our banquets 🔥
- Know your way around a kitchen—pars, portions, and presentation included
- Communicate with your team so everyone’s in sync and stations are set
- Be flexible—help out on the hotline, steam table, or restaurant line as needed
- Keep it clean: follow top-tier sanitation and safety practices
- Treat our equipment like it’s your own (aka with care)
- Pitch in on specials and bring fresh ideas to the table
