Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent (required)
Active ServeSafe/Food Safety Managers Certification (required)
Must be 18 years of age to operate potentially hazardous equipment (required)
2 years of institutional cooking in long-term care or assisted living (required)

Institutional cooking, along with a fine dining experience, is preferred
