About The Position
Dillard's Northwood Mall is looking for a Full Time Commission Ladies Shoes Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about fashion and customer service. As a Sales Associate in our Ladies Shoes department, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in selecting the perfect shoes while also ensuring that the department is visually appealing and well-stocked. You will be expected to engage with customers one-on-one, building relationships that encourage repeat business and customer loyalty. In this role, you will be responsible for processing new arrivals and maintaining the visual presentation of the department. This includes spending time in the stock room to ensure that inventory is organized and accessible. You will also be expected to stay updated on the latest fashion trends and product features, allowing you to provide informed recommendations to customers. Your ability to exceed customer expectations will be key to your success in this position. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to leverage social media to build your clientele and promote our products. Understanding commission sales and the importance of meeting sales goals will be essential, as this role is commission-based. We are looking for energetic individuals who are available to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the needs of our customers. Our store hours are Monday to Saturday from 11 am to 8 pm and Sunday from 12 pm to 6 pm.
