About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team in Waxhaw, NC. This full-time position offers a competitive pay range of $15 to $25 per hour, depending on experience. As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of various facilities, including offices, homes, and common areas. This role requires proficiency in various cleaning techniques and the ability to work independently while adhering to established safety procedures and company policies. In this position, you will perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, and vacuuming. You will also be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas, ensuring that kitchen counters, sinks, and appliances are sanitized. Additionally, you will empty trash receptacles, clean windows and glass surfaces, and maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies, notifying your supervisor when supplies need replenishing. Attention to detail is crucial, as you will be expected to follow cleanliness standards and perform other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
