The ideal candidate will be one who can work independently to meet set cleaning and building upkeep expectations. Responsibilities

Working with the property manager to set a routine cleaning schedule.
Performing routine cleaning in accordance with the schedule on common areas, grounds, and vacant apartments.
Ensuring cleaning vendors are in place as needed and performing according to expectations.
Being available on the occasional night or weekend for vacant unit turnovers.
