About The Position
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of nursing assistants and ensuring compliance with facility policies and procedures. This role involves administrative, charting, drug administration, personnel management, nursing care, staff development, safety, sanitation, and equipment supply functions. The LPN plays a critical role in maintaining the quality of care for residents in a long-term care facility, participating in quality assurance programs, and ensuring that nursing services meet regulatory standards.
