About The Position

The position involves overseeing Slot Floor Operations to ensure efficiency and excellent service for guests at the casino. The role includes maintaining security procedures, auditing team performance, and providing support during jackpot payouts. The individual will also be responsible for training new hires and resolving any customer or employee concerns promptly.

Requirements

• Excellent oral or written (legible) communication techniques.
• Prior supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security/procedures according to rules.
• Audit/Inspect work of team members to ensure standards are met.
• Replenish thermal paper, fixing printer jams and bill acceptor malfunctions.
• Key jackpots on the floor.
• Pay winners by promptly responding to winning customers, processing hand pays, and assisting with Title 31 transaction requirements.
• Be available on short notice for staff replacement.
• Train new hires and incumbents to perform job tasks.
• Maintain positive working relationship with all departments/staff.
• Immediately resolve customer/employee/management concerns.
• Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned.
