Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of professional caregiving experience required.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to assist with lifting, transfers, and physical support.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene.
• Provide mobility assistance and support for safe movement.
• Monitor health conditions and remind clients to take medication.
• Prepare balanced meals and assist with feeding if needed.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Keep living areas tidy with light housekeeping duties.
• Coordinate with family members and healthcare teams as necessary.
