Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle
• Available Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM consistently
• Negative TB Test (Quantiferon or 2-Step PPD)
• Willing to obtain CPR Certification
• Able to provide 3 professional references
• Physically capable of assisting with transfers and personal care
