About The Position

Assisting Hands Home Care Manassas is seeking certified PCAs, HHAs, and CNAs for full-time morning shifts (typically 7am–3pm) to help seniors live safely and comfortably at home. Join a supportive agency that values your work and rewards your dedication.

Requirements

• Current Virginia PCA, HHA, or CNA certification
• Active CPR card and negative TB test
• Must pass a background screening (no barrier crimes)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable car, and insurance
• Able to lift 25 lbs. and assist clients safely

Responsibilities

• Personal care support (bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding)
• Safe mobility and transfer assistance
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Meal prep and grocery errands
• Providing companionship and engagement activities
• Medication reminders and accurate documentation
• Transporting clients as needed
