Requirements

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, PCA, or CNA preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to earn it soon).
• Confidence with housekeeping, meal prep, and safe transfer techniques.
• Clear, compassionate communication and respect for client privacy.
• Strength to assist transfers or lift up to 50 lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support bathing, dressing, grooming, and safe mobility.
• Cook simple, nutritious meals; keep living spaces clean and organized.
• Provide timely reminders for medication and track basic health cues.
• Engage in active companionship through conversation, games, and accompanying clients on errands or appointments.
• Assist with stretches or physical-therapy routines as directed by professionals.
