Requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of transactions including check cashing, deposits, transfers, and withdrawals.
• Monitor fraud mitigation and adhere to established operational policies and procedures.
• Resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently to deliver an extraordinary customer experience.
• Support customers in all areas of the branch, including cash handling and service needs.
• Educate customers on banking products, services, and digital banking channels.
• Travel between branches in the assigned local area to support market needs.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall retail customer experience.
