Coyle's Bakeshop is seeking a dedicated and experienced baker to join our close-knit kitchen team. This position is part-time, with opportunities for either early morning or evening shifts based on the candidate's availability and skill set. We pride ourselves on creating artisan pastries and are looking for someone who shares our passion for high-quality baking. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, hard-working, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment. Familiarity with our shop's offerings and a commitment to excellence in pastry baking are essential for success in this role. As a baker at Coyle's Bakeshop, you will be responsible for a variety of baking tasks, including assembling cakes, mixing scones, preparing doughs and batters, piping, and working with laminated doughs. You will also be expected to shape laminated pastries with precision and care. This role requires a professional background in baking, and we are looking for someone who is confident in their skills and can contribute positively to our team dynamics.
