Assists the Store Manager in leading a customer focused, top-line sales driven, profitable and productive store location.
Inspires and motivates others by exhibiting core value behaviors.
Ensures the execution of the Store's KPIs.
Displays a customer-focused mindset at all times.
Handles customer situations in compliance with policy and procedures.
Maintains a clean and well organized store.
Shares feedback from customers with the leadership team.
Performs as the floor supervisor role as needed.
Coaches and provides feedback on Sales Associate's performance.
Supports associate engagement by recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance.
Provides direction to associates to ensure understanding of company directives and standards.
Prioritizes and delegates tasks to meet all operational needs.
Supports and executes visual directives and maintains visual standards.
Drives efficiency in all operational store processes.
Maintains merchandise flow, filling and presentation standards.
Ensures all store associates follow all policies, procedures and Safety Program practices.
Reflects the PacSun brand by demonstrating passion and affinity for product, brands, fashion and trends.

Passion for product, brands, fashion and trends.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.
Strong communications skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills.

Ability to balance a strong management presence with a high level of approachability.
Develop and nurture strong cross functional partnerships.
Serve as a Pacsun advocate in the industry and marketplace.
Recruit, identify, develop, and retain talent that delivers performance excellence.
