Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in leading a customer-focused and sales-driven store.
• Inspire and motivate team members by exhibiting core value behaviors.
• Ensure execution of the Store's KPIs and hold employees accountable to policies and procedures.
• Handle customer situations in compliance with policies, aiming to 'solve for yes'.
• Maintain a clean and organized store to promote a safe shopping environment.
• Share customer feedback with leadership to improve the customer experience.
• Perform as the floor supervisor during non-peak periods.
• Coach and provide feedback on Sales Associate performance.
• Support associate engagement by recognizing outstanding performance.
• Provide direction to associates to ensure understanding of company standards.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks to meet operational needs.
• Support and execute visual directives and maintain visual standards.
• Drive efficiency in operational store processes.
• Maintain merchandise flow and presentation standards in the store and stockroom.
• Ensure all associates follow safety and operational policies.
