  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications that support Certco’s core business operations.
  • Work across the full technology stack — from intuitive front-end interfaces to efficient and secure back-end systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability in all web applications.
  • Implement best practices for security, version control, and code documentation.
  • Stay up to date on emerging web technologies to help drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Strong experience in full stack development using modern frameworks and languages (e.g., JavaScript, React, .NET, C#, SQL).
  • Experience with database design and RESTful API integration.
  • Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).
  • Understanding of secure coding practices and scalability principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Experience with modern frameworks such as React, Vue, Next.js, and TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX tools like Figma and LucidChart.
  • Strong command of Java, Python, Node.js, or Ruby.
  • Framework experience with Spring Boot, Express.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails.
  • Working knowledge of C#, C++, and .NET.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and ETL tools.
  • Familiarity with Infor M3 Data Lake and data pipeline development.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure, including connectivity and deployment.
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI/CD).
  • Understanding of web cybersecurity fundamentals, including secure coding practices, OAuth 2.0, JWT, and HTTPS.
  • Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, code splitting, and lazy loading for performance optimization.
