About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on Full-Stack Tech Lead to drive architecture, development, and delivery across end-to-end systems in a fast-paced, innovative environment. This role combines technical leadership with active development, mentoring, and ownership of engineering standards. You will define architecture, implement features across frontend and backend, and raise the bar for security, reliability, and performance. Requirements

  • 3+ years of building production systems; 2+ years in a lead or ownership role.
  • Commercial experience with .NET backend systems, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Python (Flask/FastAPI).
  • Hands-on React/TypeScript development (MUI, component architecture, state management).
  • Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, AWS deployments, monitoring, and incident management.
  • Strong understanding of async/event-driven patterns: queues, schedulers, retries, idempotency.
  • Experience with API design, auth, DB modeling, and OpenAPI 3 specifications.
  • Clear communication, documentation skills, and ability to align stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Grafana/Prometheus/Loki, semantic search/vector search, OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, Terraform/CDK, audit trails, content pipelines, anti-abuse patterns.

Responsibilities

  • Own architecture decisions with a pragmatic approach: “simple first, scalable where it matters.”
  • Lead full-stack development across backend (.NET, Python) and frontend (React/TypeScript), ensuring high-quality, maintainable code.
  • Harden CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Jenkins, manage containerized deployments via Helm to AWS (EKS/ECS).
  • Implement observability, monitoring latency and errors via CloudWatch, Grafana, and structured logging.
  • Tune system performance: DB indexes, caching, queue throughput, API response times.
  • Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a strong culture of clarity, ownership, and technical excellence.
  • Collaborate with PMs and BAs to break down work, estimate reliably, and align on scope.
  • Implement security best practices including RBAC, session/auth flows, and OWASP-minded protections.
