About The Position

Seeking Full‑Stack Lead Engineers to provide technical leadership across customer-facing and internal applications. These are hands-on engineering roles with architectural influence, mentorship responsibilities, and a focus on delivering high‑quality, scalable systems.
Ideal candidates bring strong engineering fundamentals, clear communication, organized execution, and the ability to drive technical direction while maintaining a steady, collaborative presence.

Requirements

• Lead Engineer, Expert Engineer, or Architect-level experience delivering production systems.
• Full-stack engineering using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Node.js (all required).
• Experience designing scalable systems, APIs, and cloud‑native architectures.
• History of mentoring engineers and supplying technical direction.
• Strong history delivering software iteratively with predictable execution.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with loyalty, membership, travel, or subscription platforms.
• History in customer engagement systems.
• Exposure to DevOps workflows, CI/CD, or engineering process improvement.
• Experience contributing to or leading architectural modernization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development across multiple application initiatives.
• Convert product requirements into clear technical plans and execution strategies.
• Mentor engineers and advocate for strong engineering practices.
• Maintain high code quality through reviews, standards, and reusable patterns.
• Identify technical risks early and guide teams toward successful outcomes.
• Design scalable, secure, cloud‑native solutions.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, integration patterns, and data models.
• Balance long-term architectural thinking with iterative delivery.
• Bring structure and clarity to complex or ambiguous technical areas.
• Work closely with product, design, QA, and operations.
• Communicate tradeoffs, decisions, and impacts to technical and non-technical partners.
• Help align priorities and technical approaches across teams.
• Support predictable, iterative, agile development.
• Provide organization, follow-through, and operational discipline.
• Improve engineering workflows and team efficiency.
• Maintain consistent development momentum.
