The Job The Software Engineering team builds the systems that power Teraswitch’s customer experience and internal operations—our customer portal and APIs, billing platform, and the internal tooling that supports high-performance infrastructure at global scale. This role is backend-leaning, but we value engineers who can think across the stack and understand the user experience end-to-end. You’ll work on a mix of mature systems and new functionality, partnering closely with Infrastructure, Operations, Support, and other internal stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable software. We’re not looking for a narrow specialist. The right person for this role is a strong all-around engineer who takes ownership, follows through, and looks for ways to improve systems over time. Success in this role requires strong individual contribution, good judgment, and a willingness to engage when needed to improve reliability, support production systems, and help drive issues through resolution.
