The Role at a Glance As a Junior to Early Mid-Level Full Stack Software Engineer specializing in backend and Android development at our AI-driven healthcare startup, you’ll tackle challenges like integrating advanced AI and LLM features, automating data workflows, and building robust solutions. Backend and Android experience, particularly with Kotlin, is a plus. You’ll collaborate closely with a diverse group of stakeholders—Product Managers, Clinicians, Tech Ops, and Customer Service Representatives—to create scalable, secure, and compliant applications handling sensitive healthcare data. Our tech environment centers around C#, Python, and Microsoft Azure. We leverage tools like n8n for automation and are pushing the boundaries with ML and LLM stacks (Azure’s AI services, Bedrock, OpenAI, Claude, Vertex). You’ll have the opportunity to learn and grow quickly in a fast-paced startup setting that encourages innovation. We’re Looking For Someone Who Is: Hungry & Curious: Excited by complex challenges, eager to learn new technologies, and thrive outside of the comfort zone. Technical & Adaptable: Understanding of backend and Android development with Kotlin. Familiarity with C#, Python, cloud infrastructures (Azure), and workflow tools (n8n). Exposure to ML platforms and LLM integration is a plus. Startup-Ready: Comfortable with rapid iteration, ambiguity, and shifting priorities in a high-growth environment.
