About The Position

Summary: Responsibilities: Build and support .NET web APIs and services; design and normalize data models; write performant T‑SQL, stored procedures Contribute to front‑end delivery (JavaScript/JQuery/CSS/HTML); React and TypeScript are preferred for new work Use AI coding assistants (tool‑agnostic) and agentic workflows to accelerate delivery (scaffolding, tests, refactoring, documentation), reviewing all outputs for security, quality, and compliance Participate in Agile ceremonies; collaborate with a Product Owner and Business Analyst to refine user stories and acceptance criteria Troubleshoot production issues and support business‑critical applications during the transition Help with cloud‑native development and migrations to Azure; contribute to CI/CD pipelines and release management Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and approximately 2–4 years of software development experience Strong C#/.NET Core, ASP.NET (Web API), Entity Framework/LINQ Microsoft SQL Server expertise (complex T‑SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning); ETL/SSRS reporting experience Front‑end fundamentals: JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, HTML; React and TypeScript are a plus Git and CI/CD experience (e.g., Jira/Bamboo/Jenkins); IIS deployments; Agile team practices Experience in Financial Services; Wealth/Brokerage/Trust/Financial Planning systems preferred Clear communication, adaptability, and collaborative teamwork Preferred Skills: React, accessibility best practices, and modern web patterns Azure cloud development and deployment; Azure Data Lake/Databricks exposure Prior migrations from on‑premises applications and data to Azure AI‑assisted development AI use is focused on developer productivity (prompting, scaffolding, test generation, refactoring, documentation); you own the quality and security of final code Responsible AI practices required: secure prompt hygiene, privacy protections, role‑based access, audit logging This role does not build or train custom LLMs; future agentic workflows are within bank‑approved guardrails

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and approximately 2–4 years of software development experience
  • Strong C#/.NET Core, ASP.NET (Web API), Entity Framework/LINQ
  • Microsoft SQL Server expertise (complex T‑SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning); ETL/SSRS reporting experience
  • Front‑end fundamentals: JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, HTML; React and TypeScript are a plus
  • Git and CI/CD experience (e.g., Jira/Bamboo/Jenkins); IIS deployments; Agile team practices
