Full Stack Software Engineer

Intelliforce-IT Solutions GroupColumbia, MD
$203,000 - $249,000

About The Position

At Intelliforce, we build software that helps mission teams move faster, automate smarter, and stay focused on what matters most. In this role, you will join the CNMF DAT team to build tools that improve mission awareness and workflow automation for critical operations. You will work directly with customers, turn rough ideas into working software, and help deliver practical solutions in an environment where speed, adaptability, and curiosity go a long way. This role is built for an engineer who does not need every requirement perfectly polished before getting started. You will work directly with users, ask good questions, build prototypes, gather feedback, and keep iterating until the tool is useful. The work spans frontend, backend, scripting, and data integration, so you will learn quickly, build broadly, and grow by doing real mission work alongside experienced engineers who are ready to mentor you. At Intelliforce, your work is visible and your growth matters. Because we support prime programs, our teams stay close to meaningful mission work with real momentum. Because we are a small business, leadership is accessible, communication is direct, and strong engineering gets noticed. Add in long-term stability, strong benefits, and a people-first culture, and this becomes more than another junior developer role. It is a chance to learn fast, build real tools, and make an impact early. At Intelliforce, we don’t just push the boundaries of technology—we partner with some of the most mission-driven teams in defense and beyond to solve challenges that truly matter. As a Systems Engineer here, you won’t just contribute to projects—you’ll help shape outcomes that make a real-world impact. We also know that great work starts with a great environment. That’s why we invest in you.
