About The Position

Our platform runs worldwide, with 24/7/365 dedicated and customer-centric support. We’re looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer for our Solutions team. This team is responsible for designing and delivering custom web and cloud projects that go beyond our core hosting platform. Everything from application onboarding and complex migrations, bespoke tooling, and full application and website builds. If you enjoy switching contexts between crafting a React UI, optimizing backend logic, and engineering solutions that glue it all together, then this may be the role for you. Work location: This is a fully remote position, however we do require you to be based in an Americas Time Zone (UTC - 4 to UTC - 7)

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Drupal and backend development (PHP/nodeJS), including module/theme work, APIs, and integration patterns
• Ability to build modern frontend interfaces using React, with an understanding of component architecture, state management, and performance considerations
• Experience working across the entire stack (frontend, backend, and in between) and an understanding of how these layers interact in real-world applications
• Ability to work collaboratively and productively in a fully remote environment, whilst maintaining your wellbeing
• Comfort communicating and documenting in English

Responsibilities

• Build, extend, develop and configure client sites and web applications. From frontend react interfaces to backend PHP or Node.js services
• Develop clean and reusable solutions and components using best practices
• Own features end-to-end: architect APIs, implement business logic, and build the UI that brings it all together
• Collaborate within the Solutions team and other teams to design and engineer technical approaches that meet complex client requirements
• Participate in QA and code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and secure builds across the entire stack
• Maintain documentation and version control hygiene, covering frontend, backend, and integration workflows
• Contribute to tooling, automation, and developer experience improvements, especially where frontend and backend intersect
